Introduction

StarsBooster is committed to lawful, transparent, and responsible reputation-management services.

1. Prohibited practices

• Fake consumer reviews
• Reviews claiming experiences that did not occur
• Undisclosed incentivised reviews
• Reviews intended to attack competitors
• Coordinated negative-review campaigns
• Artificial likes, votes, traffic, or engagement
• False verification claims
• Attempts to bypass platform detection
• Impersonation, fraudulent reporting, or manipulated evidence

2. Customer-feedback campaigns

Lawful customer-feedback campaigns should be directed to genuine customers, people with a real relevant experience, and users entitled to provide feedback. Feedback should reflect the person’s own honest experience. StarsBooster must not require a positive rating as a condition of participation.

3. Incentives and disclosure

Where an incentive is lawful and permitted by the relevant platform, it must not depend on a positive review, must be disclosed where required, must leave the reviewer free to give honest feedback, and must follow platform-specific rules.

4. Review-removal support

Review-removal support is limited to content that may violate platform policy, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, defamation law, or other applicable law. StarsBooster must not use fraudulent reporting or coordinated mass-reporting tactics.

5. Manual case review

Review-removal cases should be assessed before acceptance or substantive work begins. An assessment may consider content, platform policy, evidence, relationship to the business, conflict of interest, spam indicators, and legal concerns.

6. Reviewer programme

Approved reviewers may complete only lawful tasks described in the separate Reviewer Agreement. Reviewers must provide accurate profile information, follow platform rules, use only accounts belonging to them, avoid bots and duplicate submissions, and avoid false or misleading statements.

7. Customer reviews on StarsBooster

StarsBooster uses reasonable steps to prevent misleading reviews on its own website, including completed-order verification, moderation, spam and duplicate detection, clear Sample Review labels, incentive disclosure, media verification, and removal of fraudulent submissions.

8. Reporting suspected misuse

Suspected fake reviews, fraud, impersonation, abusive content, undisclosed incentives, platform manipulation, or policy violations can be reported to support@starsbooster.io.

9. Enforcement and transparency

StarsBooster may reject orders, pause work, remove content, request evidence, suspend accounts, cancel reviewer access, withhold fraudulent payments, and notify affected providers or authorities where appropriate.

StarsBooster will not claim guaranteed platform outcomes, rankings, removal, formal partnerships without evidence, unsupported success rates, or verification that has not occurred.

10. Updates

StarsBooster may update this policy for new laws, platform-policy changes, regulatory guidance, new services, risk assessments, and internal controls.
