How to Find Your Trustpilot Invitation Email Address

1. Open Invitation methods

2. Choose email invitations and AFS

Choose Email Invitation or Create an email. Follow Customized set-up if shown. For purchase reviews, select For purchase experiences. Then choose Our method → Trustpilot – Automatic Feedback Service (AFS) and open Set up AFS.

3. Check your invitation settings

Confirm your template, then open Timing and delivery. Select Immediately, Optimise timing automatically, and Invite a customer after each purchase or experience, exactly as shown below. Save and continue.

4. Copy your invitation email address

Find Copy this email address and click Copy email address. Copy the whole address, including the plus sign and unique code. Use your own address, not the sample in the screenshot. Share it only with the person authorized to set up your invitations; you do not need to share your password.

Menu labels can vary by account. Invite customers with genuine experiences and ask for honest feedback.
